SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All items are handmade to order, so certain products that are not stocked may take up to ten business days for them to ship out. Orders are typically shipped in full, so any shipping date indicated for a specific product may not be an accurate ship date if there is an item in the order with a longer fulfillment time.

Tracking will be sent to the email you provided at checkout and may end up in your spam folder. It will be sent from tracking@shipstation.com. Please note it can occasionally take carriers up to or more than two business days to update tracking information. 

For international shipping, please note that the origin country may see delays in customs, which can delay your order. 

To return your product, you should email us first at info@mysteryhype.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live and the product you ordered, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Mystery Boxes and bidding products are ineligible for returns and can only be exchanged.

Video shoutouts are non-refundable and any edits to the request must be made within 72 hours of purchase or prior to the video shoutout being created.
