THE MONEY QUESTION

What does it cost?
What could you keep?

Starter is $24.99/month. Production, fulfillment and shipping are priced separately. Your payout depends on sales minus the agreed costs and fees.

BEFORE WE GET STARTED

Before you say yes.
Get clear answers.

Start with the right creators.

Choose one to three creators whose audiences already ask for merch or have bought it before. We review engagement, current stores, product ideas and the team’s ability to promote the launch. The pilot scope, samples, costs and responsibilities are agreed together; a roster partnership is not a blanket commitment for every client.

Can you work behind our agency’s brand?

We can discuss a behind-the-scenes operating arrangement or a visible partnership. Branding, communications and account responsibilities are defined in the proposal.

Do we have to move the entire roster?

No. Begin with a focused collection for selected creators. Each launch should have a clear business case and approval process.

How do agency commissions work?

Any referral fee, revenue share or commercial arrangement is agreed in writing. There is no universal agency commission advertised here.

Who should join the first call?

An agency owner, talent manager or team member who can discuss the roster and connect us with the person responsible for merch decisions.

What do you handle, and what do I still do?

We help with designs, the storefront, production and fulfillment. You bring your brand direction, approve the collection and promote it to your audience. Your proposal identifies the owner of store upkeep, customer support and other ongoing tasks.

Do I need to buy inventory or pack orders myself?

Eligible on-demand products are made as fans order, so you do not need to pack orders or buy a bulk run for those items. Samples, specialty products, event stock and custom packaging can have separate costs or minimums. We confirm those before you commit.

What are the upfront costs, and how do I get paid?

The Starter offer lists no store/site setup fee and a $24.99 monthly plan. Product, sample, shipping and optional service costs are separate. Before launch, your written proposal defines charges, the payout calculation, payout schedule and how refunds are deducted. Sales revenue is not your take-home profit.

Who owns my brand, artwork, store and customer data?

We do not treat your brand as ours. Artwork rights, storefront ownership, account access, customer-data use and permissions need to be explicit in the agreement. Bring any agency or licensing requirements so they are addressed before work begins.

What happens with quality issues, late orders or returns?

Approve the product specifications and samples before launch. We agree on production estimates, shipping options, support responsibility and how defects, lost shipments, returns and exchanges are handled. Product costs and turnaround vary; your store needs clear customer-facing policies before accepting orders.

What if the merch does not sell, or I want to leave?

We do not guarantee sales. Start with a focused collection and a promotion plan you can sustain. Review cancellation terms, outstanding orders, any committed inventory, store access and data handoff in writing before joining. On-demand production can limit inventory exposure, but it does not remove every business cost.

Can we get started now, and what should we bring?

Yes—start by sharing your channel, show or company link, recent audience activity, current merch store and launch goals. Include the decision-maker or manager where possible. We review the fit, then arrange the founder conversation. Launch timing is confirmed after the products, samples and scope are approved.

Can we keep the client relationship and involve our partners?

Yes. Bring the agency owner, talent manager or commercial partner into planning. We can discuss visible or behind-the-scenes support. Each agreement should define creator approvals, communications, reporting, commissions and client responsibilities before a roster pilot starts.
